CABLExpress expands fiber production capacity 10X, helping AI and data center customers keep critical infrastructure deployments on schedule.
SYRACUSE, NY, UNITED STATES, October 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — CABLExpress, today announced new production lines to significantly increase manufacturing capacity, helping data center customers secure high-quality fiber assemblies at scale and keep critical deployments on schedule. The activation of new production lines that increase fiber production capacity by 10X, positioning the company to meet growing demand from AI, neocloud and large-scale data center infrastructure deployments.
As AI infrastructure continues to drive increasingly large and complex data center builds, access to fiber at the right volume and on the right timeline has become critical. When fiber products face allocation or supply constraints, organizations without access to dependable capacity can face delays that put deployment schedules at risk.
The expanded CABLExpress production capability is designed to address that challenge.
The new production lines combine increased manufacturing capacity with the responsiveness, quality and customer service CABLExpress has built over 40 years in the data center infrastructure market. The goal is simple: give customers another proven option when projects require high-volume fiber assemblies delivered against demanding deployment schedules.
“Every critical infrastructure build needs suppliers that can respond quickly, deliver quality at scale and execute when timelines are tight,” said Michael Palmer, Vice President of CABLExpress & TERACAI® Sales. “This investment gives our customers significantly more capacity while maintaining the service and expertise they expect from CABLExpress.”
The expansion represents nearly nine months of work across the CABLExpress organization. Ryan Steele, Kevin Cooke, Josh Taylor and the broader CABLExpress team played key roles in bringing the additional production lines online.
“This was more than an equipment investment,” said Kevin Cooke, Senior Director of CABLExpress. “It was about building the production capability our customers need as AI and next-generation data center deployments continue to scale.”
Built for High-Volume Data Center Deployments
With the expanded capacity, CABLExpress is positioned to support customers planning new data center builds, AI infrastructure deployments and other large-scale projects where fiber availability and delivery schedules can directly affect deployment timelines.
Customers can engage CABLExpress with a complete bill of materials or simply provide rack counts and deployment requirements. The CABLExpress team can then work with the customer to identify fiber requirements and develop a production plan aligned with the project.
