AgelessRx, a longevity-focused telehealth platform advancing evidence-based interventions and real-world clinical research, today announced that it has been selected as one of 10 Milestone 2 awardees in the $101 million XPRIZE Healthspan competition, selected to receive a $1 million Milestone 2 Award.

AgelessRx and its Stanford PhD-led Research Team were chosen from over 600 global pre-registered teams working to transform how people age. XPRIZE Healthspan is a 7-year global competition incentivizing teams to develop and test therapeutics that restore muscle, cognition, and immune function to extend healthy life in adults aged 50–90 by a minimum of 10 years, with an ambitious goal of 20 years, within one year or less of treatment.

AgelessRx earned its place in the final phase after completing a 90-day randomized, placebo-controlled pilot study evaluating combinations of known gerotherapeutics alongside structured lifestyle support.

The study enrolled 26 adults aged 60–80 who were considered at risk for age-related functional decline, with 18 participants included in the final analysis. Participants were assigned to a placebo group or one of two active intervention groups evaluating combinations of low dose naltrexone, metformin, NAD+, vitamin B12, low dose rapamycin, glutathione, and AgelessRx’s Infinite supplement, alongside exercise and guided meditation programs.

For the final phase, AgelessRx plans to conduct a fully powered, one-year randomized controlled trial involving approximately 186 adults aged 50–90, with participants assigned to either an intervention or placebo group.

The final trials will be conducted between 2026 and 2029 under a coordinated research infrastructure. The University of Utah Data Coordinating Center will oversee trial and data management, while the University of California San Diego Stein Institute for Research on Aging will coordinate shared laboratories, biomarkers, and biological-sample storage across the competition. XPRIZE is expected to award a grand prize of up to $81 million in 2030.
