ShowingNow Launches in Atlanta With 250+ Local Agents Ready to Cover Showings On Demand

ShowingNow, the on-demand showing platform for real estate agents, last month launched in metro Atlanta, its first market outside Florida. More than 250 Atlanta-area agents are already on the platform, ready to cover showings, open houses and property tasks across the metro.
Atlanta’s sprawl makes double-booked afternoons a fact of life. Picture a 4 p.m. showing in Alpharetta and a closing in Decatur at the same hour, with I-285 traffic in between. Now, instead of calling in favors or turning clients away, agents can send a licensed local agent in their place.

From the ShowingNow app, agents can book a private showing, an open house or an hourly task. Tasks range from inspection access and final walk-throughs to lockbox and yard sign runs.
Agents stay in control of who shows up. They can open a job to the full network, favorites only, or in-office agents only – and can require Supra or SentriLock access, REALTOR® membership or years of experience.
Pricing is simple. All requests start at $35 per hour, and there’s no subscription fee. The platform boasts a 99% agent acceptance rate in Florida, and average fill-time of less than 5 minutes. Cancelled or unfilled requests are refunded, and agents can track their showing in the app.
Agents with downtime can turn it into income by covering showings and tasks nearby.
