BLOOMINGTON, MN, UNITED STATES, August 11, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — OneDose today announced the launch of OneDose Academy, a training center built directly into the OneDose platform. OneDose Academy is a OneDose training platform designed to promote increased understanding, adoption, and day-to-day use of OneDose’s clinical decision support technology among the crews who rely on it.
How OneDose Academy Works
OneDose Academy allows specific OneDose protocol app feature training to be delivered directly through the platform. Crews watch videos, review markdown-based documentation, and take quizzes to test their knowledge of how a feature works, all inside the OneDose web-based platform.
What Administrators Get
Administrators have access to a library of production OneDose feature trainings, ready to assign as-is, and can add their own training on top of it — built from scratch or from pre-built templates. Trainings can be assigned to entire departments, specific users, or left open for individuals to self-assign, and a real-time analytics dashboard shows who has started, who is in progress, and who has completed each assignment, with quizzes available to confirm understanding along the way.
What Field Crews Get
Users access OneDose Academy through the web-based Admin Console, where a searchable content library with category filtering helps them find what they need across several categories, including Getting Started, Protocols, Medications, ePCR Integrations, CPR Assist, eMACC, AI Assistant, Settings, and more. Content comes in numerous formats – videos, articles, PDFs, interactive walkthroughs, and quick tips – and automatic progress tracking lets users pick up training where they left off. The OneDose AI Assistant can also draw on Academy content to answer “how do I…” questions directly, and users receive email notifications with direct links whenever new training is assigned.
AI Assisted Quiz Notifications
Alongside Academy, OneDose also launched AI Assisted Notifications: built on top of the existing notification quizzes OneDose users already know, administrators can now select “Build quiz questions with AI” instead of writing questions by hand. They choose the relevant protocols, set the number and type of questions, and either describe what the quiz should focus on or let AI generate a full quiz from the selected protocols automatically.
Driving Faster Technology Adoption
On top of supporting providers during onboarding, OneDose Academy is built to promote faster-paced technology adoption for new-hire training and drive increased usage of new features as they ship. OneDose ships new product every month, and Academy gives agencies a direct, built-in way to make sure crews know what’s new and how to use it in the field.
“Every agency we work with is trying to solve the same problem – how do you get your crews genuinely comfortable with the technology they depend on every shift, especially as we’re shipping new capability every month,” said Colton Hazlett, CTO and co-founder of OneDose. “OneDose Academy gives administrators a way to put that training directly in front of crews and see that it’s actually landing.”
Availability
OneDose Academy is available now through the OneDose Admin Console (www.onedose-admin.com). It is an administrator- and web-based tool and is not available within the OneDose mobile app, which remains focused on point-of-care protocol support in the field.
