ROSEVILLE, MI, UNITED STATES, August 27, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Ultimation Industries has added the Qimarox Highrunner HR9 palletizer to its automated material handling lineup, giving distribution centers and high-volume packing operations a faster, more flexible way to build and stack pallet loads.

The HR9 is built for logistics environments where many different products run in short batches. It handles between 500 and 1,500 products per hour and stacks up to 300 layers per hour, making it a strong fit for facilities that move a wide mix of carton sizes through a single line. A patented layer-formation system generates a large range of stacking patterns, which can be selected automatically or built by an onboard pattern generator that calculates the best layout for each box and pallet size. Paired with a 3D product scanner, the machine can run fully autonomously.

What sets the HR9 apart is how it builds each load. Products are placed on the pallet layer by layer rather than one at a time. An integrated buffer holds each formed row until the full layer is ready, then deposits the entire layer in a single motion. Because the pallet itself rises and lowers on a vertical pallet lift, the top of the stack always stays level with the formation conveyor. The result is fewer machine movements, higher throughput, and consistent performance even on pallets stacked to 1.8 meters or higher.

The HR9 occupies a compact footprint of roughly 80 square feet and runs from a user-friendly touchscreen with freely programmable stacking patterns. Sealed, maintenance-free bearings and a design built around stock-available spare parts help keep the machine running with minimal downtime.

The palletizer complements the broader range of powered roller equipment Ultimation supplies, including its 24V MDR lines. For operations linking palletizing with upstream transport, an automated conveyor feeding the HR9 can reduce the manual handling that drives up labor costs and injury risk in busy facilities. By combining run-on-demand roller transport with end-of-line palletizing, Ultimation gives customers a path to automate a full product flow from receiving through pallet build.
