At its heart is the Open Systems AI Matrix: a team of specialized AI agents built on 35 years of operational decisions from the company’s own network operations and accessed through a single AI operator named Lucy.
Customers choose how much they want to run themselves: operate the platform directly, augment their team with AI, or have Open Systems run it end to end. They can evolve between operating models without changing platforms or providers.
